Quick navigation tip if the coordinate system feels confusing: 

Check your current coordinates at the bottom of the screen (left bottom).   Start with X.

If your X is lower than the target - head East.
If your X is higher - go West.

Once you hit the right X, switch to Y.  

Lower = North
Higher = South
