The News

POPLARITY CONTEST

Let's talk about some of the more popular squares and rank them based only upon what's left in that square. It's a numbers game for this post.

Since Diamond plot holders haven't allocated as of this writing, and all diamonds are sold out anyways, they will not be counted.

One thing to know: There are on average 162-ish plots available in every square.

Number 1 - The Marina Square in the Forest

Plots Left: 0

Reason: The Beverly Whales Guild gathered together to buy up the whole square as a community. Plus the view of the Marina in Alpha is absolutely stunning. Consider also that it'll likely be a hot spot for people travelling to the beach, marina, and the islands.

Number 2 - The Square Below the Ape in the Forest

Plots Left: 0

Reason: This was the first square sold out. This is "David's Special Project". All but 3 silver plots on an edge were already owned and allocated when the map was revealed. The 3 silver plots, once noticed, were snatched up quickly. Nothing else has been said about this square for a long time, and it is unknown what the plan is for this area.

Number 3 - EVERY Square Nearest to GGTOOR CITY in the East

Plots Left: 0 (Kinda... explanation below)

Reason: When GGTOOR made their deal, the deal included EVERY Silver Plot in the squares closest to the city. They own them and are offering them for $8,400.00 each. Yes, you read that right. The golds in this area had already been sold previous to the big sale. That means unless you get it on the secondary market, or pay 8.4k for a plot through GGTOOR, you can't really get that close to GGTOOR CITY. Something to keep in mind.

Number 4 - The Other Marina Square in the Forest

Plots Left: 21 (All Silvers)

Reason: Same reason as Number 1 on this list. The Marina is nearby, and the Beverly Whales community has almost bought out this square as well.

Number 5 - "Square 7" near the Volcano in Asia

Plots Left: 33 (All Silvers)

Reason: This is to be the home of The Lava Heads Guild. That guild has a lot of plans for this square, including a newly announced Paintball style interactive game called Lava Ball.

Number 6 - Skunk Village in the Forest

Plots Left: 34 (32 Silvers, 2 Golds)

Reason: This is to be the home of Skunk Village. The Skunkz own most of this area, including 3 platinum plots. Plus the Skunkz had bought up a lot of the silvers to give away to their community.

Number 7 - Between an Ape and a River

Plots Left: 36 (All Silver)

Reason: Close to David's Monument and has the river on the Northern edge. To the right of it is a main road with a bridge over that river. This area is very beautiful, and this particular square is one of my personal favorites based upon some stuff that USED to be in Alpha that I HOPE will come back!

Number 8 - The Festive Volcano Square

Plots Left: 39 (All Silvers)

Reason: This area is a great place for a plot for teleportation at the very least. It's near the Festival and the Volcano. And it's one of the furthest locations on the map.

Number 9 - The Golf Square in the East

Plots Left: 45 (All Silvers)

Reason: David has mentioned they're in talks with a golf organization that will take over this area. Or maybe there's a lot of golfers in the community maybe? Or simply like the other far away squares, a good teleportation area. The ruins are just North of here.

Number 10 - The Squares Around the Main Central City

Plots Left: On Average, around 35-45 each square (Some have slightly more)

All Silvers.

Reason: Some of the most popular squares, these have been popular since the reveal of the map due to them being next to the main starter city, which is expected to be where all the players who don't own plots will spawn into the gam. These squares still have a decent amount of silvers, but they're getting further and further away. It's kinda surprising there's so many left to be honest.

Honorable Mentions:

Top Right Square in the North near Sky Resort: 45 Silvers Left

The 4 Squares Nearest to The Lake: 40-60 Silvers Left in Each

The Port Square: 43 Plots, Including a PLATINUM

Areas I think should be getting more love:

- Project Nightfall: This area we know a few of the partners here already. Plus there's a fricken beautiful Mountain (Mount TCG). The view, the biome, this area is absolutely beautiful. And you know Nightfall has a huge community!

- The Airports: You can still get silvers rather close to the airports. Even golds and PLATINUMS in some spots very close to the airports! I think the airports are going to be a big part in TCG World eventually.. they may surprise folks.

I hope you enjoyed this Top 10 List. It will be fun to revisit this in the future!
