- Sprites are officially in Alpha! PJ ran into one during the Alpha stream yesterday in Asia. I ran into a few on a stream last night. And a few others have posted videos and pictures of their captures as well.
I personally expect lots of changes through the development for Sprite captures. For now, it's pretty simple. In Alpha you start with 1000 rings, and you simply throw them at the Sprites. If you hit the target, a cool blue flame animation erupts around the Sprite and when it's done, the sprite goes into your inventory.
I chased this sprite until it was exhausted. This is referred to as a "birdman" in Alpha. The sprites are very detailed!
